Horse Diaries: Elska

Today's book is called Horse Diaries: Elska. This is a story about a horse named Elska. She is a foal of a horse named Silfra. Elska's best horse friend is Tappi. Tappi showed Elska how to tolt. In the spring and summer they graze in the hills; but in the autumn and winter people come and round them up to take them to their farmland.

The Boxcar Children Book #2

Hi! I'm Hannah and I like books. This blog is going to be about books that I have read recently. 
Last night I finished a Boxcar Children Book #2. The Boxcar Children series is about Henry, Jesse, Violet and Benny. They are siblings and they live with their grandfather, James. What I remember about the book is that their new friend Joe saw his uncle James (their grandfather) and it was Benny's birthday. But it felt like everyone's birthday because they found out that Joe was their cousin and they had a good time. They named the island that they visited, Surprise Island, because they had tons of surprises. And in the end they had lobster stew, which they said was very good. And they said that they would come back to Surprise Island on the weekends because they loved it there.
